I started to get frustrated when losing the small velcroed pictures to the schedules I was using. I decided to make them 'fixed'. I selected certain routines throughout the day that remain the same.

I then realized, my daughter specifically, benefit

I am a little proud of my gifts for the teachers this year! With Josie having an entourage and having an additional two kids in school. I had a total of 15 gifts I wanted to get for each of them!

Anyone else? Josie still wakes every night and she is 4 years old.  Some nights, I just sleep with her so I can get a full nights sleep. At least I know I will never sleep alone. 😊

The difference was, she was an aggressive sleeper and would fight it by throwing herself around her bed, causing injury to herself.
